How to Submit Your Pokémon Singles

If you send Pokémon cards that do not meet the requirements below, they will be returned at your expense. By submitting your Pokémon cards, you acknowledge that you understand these requirements. If your Pokémon card submission does not meet the listed requirements, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All Pokémon singles must be in Near Mint (NM) to Mint (M) condition. We are currently only accepting English and Japanese cards. Please note that prices for Japanese cards may differ from English cards.

All packages will be shipped at the customers expense. It is recommended that shipments include tracking for added security. Tracking information must be provided when submitting package details.

Important Submission Requirements

• English and Japanese cards must be separated. They may be shipped in the same package, but they must be sorted separately.
• Failure to separate English and Japanese cards will result in a 50% reduction from the total trade-in value.

Terms & Conditions for Submission

1. All cards must be in Near Mint (NM) to Mint (M) condition. Cards will be thoroughly inspected for condition verification.
2. Bulk Rate Eligibility:
• Cards valued at $5.00 or less (USD) fall under bulk rates.
• Cards valued over $5.00 are subject to individual pricing.
3. Store Credit Offer:
• You will receive an offer of 50-75% in store credit based on market availability, pricing, and sales history. This will only apply to cards valued over $5.00.
• Prices may fluctuate, and we cannot guarantee any specific price until we physically inspect your cards.
4. Offer Process:
• An offer will be provided within 2-3 business days of receiving your submission(This only applies to cards valued over $5.00. You are responsible for knowing estimates prior to ship out for values under $5.00).
• Please note that all cash payouts are 50% of the store credit rates listed below(See bulk rates for details).
• Offers will be sent via email or Discord, based on your preferred contact method.
• Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an offer.
5. Offer Expiration:
• Offers are valid for 1 week. If you do not accept within that period, a new quote may be required.
6. Ownership Requirement:
• Store credit will only be issued after we receive your cards.
7. Right to Decline:
• DreamitCollectibles reserves the right to partially or fully decline trade-in requests.

Additional Submission Guidelines

• DO NOT sleeve cards valued at $0.50 or less.
  • If your low value cards arrive sleeved, the offer will be reduced by 10% to account for the additional work required for processing.
  • You may sleeve higher-value cards (Full Arts, Rainbow Rares, etc.).
    

• Final Trade-in Policy:
  • DreamitCollectibles reserves the right to refuse any trade-in.
  • Once we process your trade-in, the transaction is final.
  • If you disagree with our policies or the listed values, please do not submit your trade-in.

Payout Information

• Mailed trade-ins are eligible for store credit and Cash Offer.
• Cash offers are subjected to preapproval. Please contact us for further details.
