📑 Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for live openings unless explicitly approved by the streamer (e.g., refund requested before stream begins or exchange for a different break).
• Once a break has been opened, refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.

🔄 Refunds for Sealed Products / Preorders

All criteria must be met:
• Request submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Returned item is the exact product purchased
• Item must remain sealed and unopened
• Preorder deposits are non-refundable; additional payments beyond the deposit may be refunded

If any criteria are not met, the return will be declined.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to preorder cancellations, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an item has been shipped.


📦 Break Holding / Storage Policy

Due to limited storage capacity:
• Items held 180 days from the last purchase date with no shipping purchased will be disposed of. 🗑️
• Attempts will be made to contact you via email or Discord.
• You will have 7 days to respond before items are permanently disposed of.

⚠️ Contact attempts are a courtesy, not a guarantee.
Responsibility for tracking and claiming held items lies solely with the buyer.

🛠️ Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


🚚 Shipping Policy

Shipping must be purchased for all items unless qualifying thresholds are met.

Live openings default to “hold my shipping.”
Other items (video games, Funko Pops, Loungefly bags, sealed product, etc.) will include shipping charges at checkout.


📬 Automatic Shipping Thresholds

Live-opening items ship automatically when:
• Combined total reaches $150 (non-subscribers)
• Combined total reaches $75 (Twitch or YouTube subscribers)
• Live-opening orders are combined with non-live-opening items

➡️ Any order totaling $50 or under will automatically be charged shipping.
If you plan on purchasing additional items later, please use code FREESHIPPING at checkout to avoid being charged until your order meets the threshold.

We may send reminders if packages become too large or appear forgotten.
Additional shipping charges may apply if necessary.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently cannot ship internationally. Contact us with any questions.

Once shipping payment is received, items will be shipped and tracking information will be provided.


📅 Shipping Schedule

Shipping occurs Monday or Tuesday every other week once shipping is paid or thresholds are met.
Special requests may be accommodated upon inquiry.
