Frequently Asked Questions


There are no refunds for any live openings unless under certain circumstances that will be determined by the streamer (i.e. refund before stream begins, exchange for different box opening)

Once a break has been opened, we can no longer offer a refund.

If you would like to request a refund for sealed products or preorders, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Return for sealed product is requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Product returned must be the original item purchased
  • Product must be in sealed, unopened condition
  • If the product cancellation is a preorder, your initial deposit will not be refunded. Any payments made after the deposit will be fully refunded

If these criteria cannot be met, your return will NOT be accepted.

We reserve the right to charge an additional 10% restocking fee on any pre-order cancellations on top of the initial non-refundable deposit.

Shipping costs will not be refunded after an item has been shipped.

Break Holding/Storage

Due to limited storage space, we can only hold so many breaks aside for so long. 90 days from the last purchased date all accumulated purchases (personals, groups or other items) with no shipping purchased, will be properly disposed of. We will attempt to contact via the email address on file or via Discord regarding the held items. The Buyer will have 7 days to reach out after which, the cards or items will then be disposed of by Dreamitcollectibles.

Our due diligence on reaching out is a courtesy and will not be guaranteed, as the responsibility for your items falls on you (the consumer.)

Holding arrangements can be made due to certain personal or life situations, please reach out to us via email or direct message on Discord.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Shipping must be purchased for all items to be shipped unless threshold is met. Live Openings will be by default classified as "hold my shipping". All other items: I.E. Video Games, Funko Pops, Loungefly Backpacks, Sealed Product will have shipping added at checkout.

Shipping for Live openings will automatically occur when the following thresholds are met:

  • Orders Combine to a Total of $150.00 for Non-Subscribers (Twitch or YouTube (Members))
  • Orders Combine to a Total of $75.00 for Subscribers (Twitch or YouTube (Members))
  • Orders are Combine with other Non-Live Opening Items.

All purchases will be held for as long as Break Holding/Storage are met. You will receive a reminder in chat, discord, or via email if your package seems to be forgotten or has gotten too big for us to properly ship to you. Additional Shipping Rates May Apply.

If you are international, we are currently not able to accommodate you. Please contact us if you have any additional questions regarding this matter.

Once I see the purchase for shipping made, I will ship your items and you will recieve tracking.

Shipping Schedule

Once Payment for shipping has been received or threshold is met. Shipping will be done on Monday or Tuesday every other week. Special Requests can be arranged upon request.
